Rainay Izay any an-danitra

Matio 6:9-13

Rainay Izay any an-danitra, hohamasinina anie ny anaranao. Ho tonga anie ny fanjakanao. Hatao anie ny sitraponao etỳ an-tany tahaka ny any an-danitra. Omeo anay anio izay hanina sahaza ho anay. Ary mamelà ny helokay, tahaka ny famelanay izay meloka taminay. Ary aza mitondra anay ho amin'ny fakam-panahy, fa manafaha anay amin'ny ratsy. Fa Anao ny fanjakana sy ny hery ary ny voninahitra mandrakizay. Amena.

📖 About The Lord's Prayer

The Lord's Prayer (Latin Pater Noster) is the model prayer taught by Jesus Christ Himself to His disciples during the Sermon on the Mount (Matthew 6:9–13) and at their request (Luke 11:2–4). It serves as the timeless foundation of Christian devotion:

1–3. Petitions to the Heavenly Father

Hallowing of God's holy name, the coming of His Kingdom, and humble trust in His divine will.

4–7. Human Needs and Spiritual Protection

Daily bread, forgiveness of debts as we forgive our debtors, deliverance from temptation, and protection from the evil one.
